If the app does a good job of making connections easier and more transparent, I believe that as the community grows, it will become an advocate itself.
Exploring the idea of connecting newcomers with locals in interests and hobbies. Helping foreigners make friends with whom they can be in nature and discover places.
It's easy to put people in boxes. There are us and there are them. The introverts and the extroverts. There are the locals and those who are new to the country.
But maybe we have more in common than we think? There are more things that bring us together than divide us. We who like to camp. We who like to rock climb. We who like to read a book by streams. And then there are we who believe in interpersonal connections.
